Shallot Poppy Seed Dressing

Lunch time blues?

It’s that time of year, New Years as come and gone and with it sometimes our motivation to stick to our goals as well. Don’t let your lunch time blues be the weakest link!

The salad bar can get boring. The same routine each day gets old. Mix up your lunchtime routine! It can be as easy as mixing up a new salad dressing to dazzle your taste buds out of your February funk!

Packaged store bought salad dressings can be laden with sugar, preservatives and sodium – mix up your own your healthy salad dressing to add healthy flavor to your greens!

Lunch doesn’t have to boring – a salad is a vehicle for variety! Try some new, nutrient dense toppings like toasted pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries, avocado and red peppers or any veggies of choice! Top with a homemade dressing and your good to go!

Try out Terry Walters, Shallot Poppy Seed dressing to mix up your next lunch routine. Try transporting it to work in a glass mason jar to keep on hand for lunch any day!

Don’t let your lunch salad get you down!
