Cherries contain phytonutrients credited with supporting the immune system and easing joint pain and inflammation.  Healthy fats and from avocado are essential for skin, digestion and helping keep hunger and cravings at bay.

  1. ½ cup milk or non-dairy beverage of choice

  2. 1 cup frozen cherries, pitted (or frozen berries)

  3. 1/2 medium sized avocado

  4. ¼ cup Greek plain yogurt
