Your Basic Roots Juice

Fall is upon us and with it a whole new array of seasonal produce to juice!

This is a basic recipe for a palate cleansing juice. It is on the sweeter side and makes a great “beginner” juice for people new to the taste of straight produce!

  1. 2-3 medium carrots

  2. 1 inch cube/ 0.4 oz ginger

  3. 1 red apple, seeds removed

Wash all produce and juice away!
